Brief Answer:
Seems to be folliculitis and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you are having folliculitis and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation secondary to it.
Folliculitis is inflammation of the hair follicles usually due to bacterial infection.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take a course of oral antibiotic like tablet linezolid 600 mg twice daily for 7 days and apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream on the affected painful areas twice daily till the time they settle.
For dark spots I usually ask my patients to use depigmenting creams containing kojic acid or hydroquinone on the affected dark areas at night for 3-4 weeks but under doctor's supervision.
These medicines are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
