Brief Answer:
Melasma. Sun protection and skin lightening agents

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.
You have Melasma. Melasma commonly presents as brownish to bluish brown patches on the convexities of face like dorsum of nose, malar area of cheek, forehead skin above eyrbrows, upper lip etc. These are the areas most directly exposed to sun rays which is thought to play etiological role. However, melasma has no relation with smoking or alcohol intake.
I suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen (spf 30 or 50) throughout the day. Reapply every 2-3 hours.
At night you may use a skin lightening cream containing ingredients e.g hydroquinone 2-4% cream or azaleic acid 10-20% or glycolic acid 6-12% or kojic acid 2%, either alone or in combination.

Brief Answer:
Remedy for melasma

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

No. Melasma is not a sign of any internal disease.
Melaglow cream is a very mild cream and unlikely to show much improvement. I suggest you to use either Clearz XXXXXXX cream Or Lumacip plus cream, once daily at night instead of melaglow cream. Your sunscreen is fine. Continue with it.

Brief Answer:
No doubt it is melasma

Detailed Answer:
Hi. I have viewed the images.

Yes. Certainly it is melasma. Melasma typically occurs on both sides of face. Usually it involves symmetrical though it can be more prominent on one side.
