Brief Answer:
Tight pressure for 7 minutes

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

In both the cases one should apply cotton and press the area hard for 7 minutes.
This will stop bleeding in almost all the cases.

Only a few will require a simple stitch to stop bleeding to be done by a Gynecologist or a Surgeon.

Painkiller may be given if the pain persists, and an antibiotic cover for a few days to avoid the infection. No other medicine is required.

Sex should be practiced only after a complete healing, which may not cause a problem in the next incidence.
