Question: I have bad tinnitus, menieres in one ear, hydrops, and big lump in throat. On low dose spironolsctine.Voice is hoarse. Are they all related? Have pararhy adenom

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. All the issues are not related. The tinnitus and ménière's disease and tinnitus are related and are a result of sensorineural degeneration of the hearing apparatus. A hearing aid, preferably with masking sound, would be advisable for the same. Cannot comment on the hydrops and big lump in the throat. They need a proper clinical correlation. However, the hoarseness is likely to be related. Unless you have undergone a surgery of the neck, I do not think that the parathyroidism is related.
