Brief Answer: it is Dyslipedimia Detailed Answer: Hi, I appreciate your concern. I will take up your problems one by one:- 1.You are suffering from High Serum Cholesterol,LPA and High Serum Triglycerides.I hope you got it done empty stomach in morning. You should make lifestyle modifications like smoking cessation, limited alcohol consumption, exercise and weight reduction (in case you are overweight).Weight reduction and a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol should be advocated.Alongwith it you need to start statin therapy alongwith fenofibrate .A usual combination which I recommend to my patient is Atorvastatin 20mg and fenofibrate 160mg.Repeat your Fasting Lipid Profile after three months. 2.You are suffering from Vitamin D deficiency. For that you should have sensible sun exposure esp. between 10:00AM to 3:00pm.It helps in formation of Vitamin D in the skin.Take more of diary products.Alongwith it you need to take Cholecalciferol supplementation weekly for 6-8 weeks then once monthly. You are at risk for Coronary Artery DIsease,as your CRP is high. Kindly monitor your Blood Pressure regularly. Kindly get a ECG and Chest X Ray.Advocate the lifestyle modifications. Take diet rich in salads, fruits, green leafy vegetables and low fat diary products.Exercise regularly. Hope it helps. Ask in case of any query. Dr. Kavita Paul
