Question: attached my blood sugar report.Fasting is 225 & post meal 308.Doctor prescribed me Tribe 1 twice day. Is it OK.

When I see someone with this profile in my clinic, I generally stop the pioglitazone and increase the doses of the metformin and glimepiride. However as I mentioned above, a comprehensive assessment is necessary first to see if these medications are suitable for you. Often I use insulin to first bring the glucoses closer to 150 or less and then gradually transition to pills.
