Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids
Question: I've had (external) hemorrhoids once before (runs in the family) so I know what to expect from them. But recently it's worse. I've recently gotten A new partner about a month ago and everything was fine for weeks until we decided to do anal. 2 days later my hemorrhoids starting bothering me and I noticed little sore bumps around it. Now a week later the bumps are still there, my hemorrhoids are too and I can't pass a bowel movement because it hurts. The bumps are the same color as my skin still, they're more like acne bumps, I tried to squeeze one but nothing came out. Could it just be the hemorrhoids irritating my skin or something more. I'm freaking out

Daflon 500 mg one such every 4 hours for the initial three days and thereafter for 3 times for the next 4 days should provide relief. Unless it is due to something else, that should suffice. However, it would help if you could upload an image of the bumps. It could help me to rule out STDs as possible cause.
You can try Sitz bath. Take a tumbler with water as hot as skin can take. Sit on it with your anal opening dipped. Do this for about 20 mins for the next few days.

There's no foul smell, I tried to squeeze them to see if anything would come out and it didn't. It doesn't itch it just got really sore after picking at them. Been this way since Tuesday or Wednesday. I used some hemorrhoid ointment so the hemorrhoid have gotten smaller since yesterday
