Suggest Treatment For Hemangioma At T7

Question: I have just found out about the hemangioma at T7. I was told there is nothing to worry about. I do not know the size of the hemangioma. Concerned because I have had episodes of passing out since a junior high school and they said I would grow out of this. The passing out subsided for years and resurfaced recently. I feel light headed when I stand or sit for long periods. I passed out recently while on an airplane. They have already checked my heart and said it was fine. Lately, I have been getting migraine and tension headaches. I was wondering if the hemangioma at T7 or Schmorl's nodes at T6, T7, T8 and T12 has anything to do with these problems. I have a lot of pain in my neck and mid back. I was also told there is straightening of the cervical lordosis. Disc desiccation is noted throughout the cervical spine and decreased disc height and spondylosis at C5-6 and C6-7. The signal and caliber of the spinal cord is within normal limits.I have episodes of passing out. I have been feeling light headed every day. The doctors have done a CT scan. I have recently had a carotid ultrasound and waiting for the results. They also did an ultra sound of my aorta. I felt discomfort (like a bruise) when they were conducting the ultra sound of my aorta. I could feel discomfort in this area when I am sitting for a while. I feel as though I am not getting enough oxygen to my head. My vision has changed dramatically in the past year. I was diagnose with glaucoma 3 months ago. Are there any other tests I should take? Is there a test to check the arteries and vessels of my whole body? What do you think causes these symptoms?

Brief Answer:
Syncope

Detailed Answer:
Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
It seems your symptoms are related due to low brain perfusion
It is reccomended that you schedule a brain EEG, just to exlude an epileptic seizure
Biochimic test need to be done
The most important test you should do is glucose tolerance test, meaning you should check the blood glucose level each hour for four hours after taking 100 mg of glucose
Hope my answer will lead you to the right diagnose
