Question: Heello team for last few months i am having issue of headache and lathargic feeling not sure wat exactly is this

Headache is more during evening and night i. E. End of day intensity i will say its mild. @home location. Yes gng through bit of stress because of disturbance in personal life. There is no associated symtoms only thing is feeling low in energy and memory loss use to forgot things

You need to relax, take good night sleep.
Amitriptyline or sertraline can be started for headache.
For memory issues vitamin B12 and thyroid profile to be done.
Multi vitamin supplements may be helpful.
