Brief Answer:
It is due to oblique position of patient on X-ray table.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings may suggest that maxillary sinuses are not properly visualized in PNS X-ray.
This is a common problem in PNS X-ray and it is due to oblique position of the patient on the X-ray table.
Ideally,Patient should be in mid line and slight tilt of patient may cause such problem.

You may need CT scan of PNS if it is clinically indicated or repeat X-ray of PNS can also be done.

An oval sclerotic density is seen just superior to the right frontal sinus is an incidental finding and it is not concerning. It may be bony island, osteoma etc.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
