Brief Answer:
Continue treatment as advised,no need for investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I have gone through your question and images. As a parent, I can understand your apprehension about the kid.
Any brain imaging like CT is required in head injury only if there is severe trauma leading to loss of consciousness, seizures, vomiting, severe headache, weakness of limbs or bleeding via ear or nose.
Bleeding from site of injury and associated swelling occurs due to injury or rupture of superficial blood vessels supplying skin and soft tissue outside brain.
In my opinion, the advice given by your doctor is right and nothing more is required at this moment.
Be watchful regarding consciousness, vomiting, seizure or any weakness of limb.
In case of any problems consult your doctor for reassessment and need for CT.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing good health and early recovery for your child.
