Question: Hi doctor , i am suffering from having long and dry burps for last 7 months and indigestive problems some times multiple times to toilet in day is this hepatiti
burping has nothing such that relates to hepatitis and neighter loose stools

I have consulted doctor in XXXXXXX during my visit in march and took ultrasound test and it was mild hepatomegaly after using medicine it was quite for few days and agian it starts pain in left lower abdomen pain and some times pain below right rib and most of the day i can see in stool undigestive food as weel like nuts and vegetables.

Kindly consult a physician for the following tests:
1. liver function test
2. stool analysis for faecal fat and ova cyst(certain drugs like antibiotics and pain killers should be avoided before this test). hence kindly give the sample for stool analysis and then take medications.
3. Test for H.pylori bacteria - urease breath test.
Kindly consult a gastroenterologist for investigations like:
1. Upper GI endoscopy.
The following over the counter medications may be helpful:
1. Tablet omeprazole 20mg daily in the morning atleast half an hour before breakfast for 3 weeks.
2. Syrup digestive enzymes twice daily after meals(over the counter drug).
3. Tablet lactobacillus twice daily for 7 days(over the counter).
