Seeing the chronic history and description given by you it seems like a lesion of molluscum which is a viral disease.

Brief Answer:
fusidic acid cream advised

Detailed Answer:
After seeing the picture it is clear that it is a folliculitis which has worsened due to friction with underwear and may be scratching by nails.
Apply fusidic acid cream thrice a day for 3 days and see the response.
In case the discharge subsides and redness decreases then apply it for another 4 days and thus making total of 7 days.
But in case it doesn't improve or worsens then kindly contact back so that I can change the management plan.
Celexa intake has no role in healing or deterioration.
