Brief Answer:
Frictional folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for query.
Where is the lump? Is it red and painful?
Can you upload picture of the lump via the upload feature available.
Generally frictional folliculitis are common where there is constant rub due to unnatural material.
You can use Fusidic acid ointment over the lump and if painful take Brufen as a tablet.
Both of them help.
