Brief answer.....explained below
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
This does happen with diabetics when they start loosing the effect of anti diabetic drugs over a period of time. You can do one thing. You  can add a GLIPTIN like SITAGLIPTIN in the dose of 100 mg once a day in the morning and take glamor M2 half tablet in the evening.
Let us see the response of the drug over a period of next couple of weeks and then we will decide about further action.
You see control of diabetes takes time. May be some juggling of medications may be required but at the moment just add this single drug and see the response.
Other measures to be taken are proper dietary control and doing regular aerobic exercises like brisk walking for 45 to 50 minutes a day.
You  have to adopt all the three measures to control diabetes namely medications, diet control and exercises.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
