Suggest Treatment For Finger Pain Post An Accident

Question: 7 year old pinched thumb in car door 3 days ago. Swelling gone but bruise still appears. Cannot bend her knuckle. Complains finger is numb to touch. Finger bandaged to keep straight. Gave Tylenol for pain. What should I do next?
