Question: From today morning, am having fever, feeling cold, dry cough and headache...

You seem to be having flu. I would suggest Tab paracetamol 500mg three to four times a day when you have high fever. You can also try an ayurvedic cough preparation for dry cough like honitus syrup, joshina syrup, etc.
In case symptoms get worse, we will need to add more medicines.
