Brief Answer:
could be shingles

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This is very concerning for shingles (herpes zoster) that may be beginning to develop in one of the cranial nerve distributions in your head.
It would be very good for you to see a doctor as soon as possible to get a diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
If it were just a blister in the mouth it might just be a common virus causing it but the shooting pains and sore places in the head make me concerned that it is shingles.
Please see a doctor for evaluation as soon as possible
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
