Thanks for consulting Healthcare magic,

I have gone through your query it seems to be problem with your digestion. In Ayurveda it is quoted as Ama.

As per Ayurveda system of medicine, if you get some problem with the digestion process it facilitate and lead to discomfort not only like indigestion, flatulence related with stomach and intestine it will affect your entire body function.

For your knowledge only medication will not solve your issue. Along with that you need to follow certain diet plan, life style changes. As you are already on Ayurvedic medication and it is not resolving your problem.

Kindly give me some details mentioned below:
Occupation:
Type of work:
Physical activity per week:
type of food:
mention any of the below applicable for you
skipping breakfast/late night food/ taking junk food, fried items/less water intake/less fiber food.
regular bowel habit: yes or no

any other regular practicing habits like tobacco, drinking etc.

In this age you should not get this problem unless you got a poor lifestyle, irregular diet plan.
