Brief Answer:
Flatulence relievers like Espumisan will be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Taking acid lowering drugs like Ranitidine or Esomeprazole and flatulence relievers like Espumisan will be helpful. These are available as over the counter. You can also take mint and ginger tea to get relief. Applying hot water bags on abdomen is also good.
Avoid excess fatty and sweet foods. Carbonated drinks, excess coffee and sweetened drinks also can cause flatulence. So better to avoid those also.
If still no relief then better to go for ultrasound examination to rule out problems with gall bladder and pancreas. Cholecystitis and pancreatic insufficiency can cause flatulence.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
