Question: Im 25. my penis gets big and hard. But does not stand during erection.
is that a problem? what I should do

for along time. since i remember
2. Do you get early morning erections?
sometimes.
3. Are you married?
No
4. Do you take any medicines? Any history of diabetes, hypertension or other medical illness? No
5. Do you take alcohol or other drugs of abuse? maybe one beer every 2 weeks.
6. Any history of spinal injury or trauma?
No
7. Any workplace or personal stress? i got stressed when my relationship ship didn't work out. but that was long time ago.

Soon, im getting married like next months. Im so worry. what I should do to fix it.
Also want to add that I never had sex in my life.

To Add to the second question is that my penis gets big and hard in the morning but does not stand.

I think apprehension and anxiety that 'would you be able to perform intercourse with your wife' is one main reason for your problem.

However, I have some suggestions for you:
1. Practice kiegel's exercises to strengthen your pelvic muscles.
2. Increase green vegetables and fruits in your diet. Pomegrante is a good antioxidant. Dry fruits like walnuts increase libido.
3. Quit alcohol as it can contribute to your problem.
4. Go for a penile doppler study to rule out vascular patholgy.
5. Drugs like tadalafil help in erection. It is a prescribed medication
