Brief Answer:
Stop alcohol , take tetrafol plus, if needed go for sildenafil or tadalafil

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.

Alcohol may affect erection so first of stop alcohol as it can be due to effect of alcohol.

As age increases quantity and thickness of semen is naturally reduced in many males. The main thing is orgasm. if you are able to achieve orgasm and enjoy the sex it is good.

In many males weak erection is just sign of some kind of cardiovascular problem. So I recommend consulting doctor for cardiac check up once. If something is detected, it can be treated ot it comes normal, that is the best.

I recommend one supplement called tetrafol plus containing pyridoxal-5-phosphate, mecobalamin and l-methylfolate (trade name tetrafol plus) is very helpful in my patients. It has shown improvement in 50-60 patients of mine with ED as well as patients with low or absent libido. You should take it after meal twice a day. If you feel some improvement in 15 days you should continue for at least 2 months. You may get this medicine over the counter as it is vitamin product.

If you do not improve, later on you can take 5-PDE inhibitor group of drug for erection.
5-PDE inhibitor group of medicines includes sildenafil or tadalafil. It is proven drug for male erectile dysfunction. One of them should be used 2 hours prior to sex. They cause headache, stuffy nose nausea and gastric discomfort like common side effects. Proper physical check-up of cardiac system should be done by a doctor before starting the same. These are prescription medicines and you need to consult doctor/psychiatrist/sexologist for the prescription.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
