Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction And Pain In Groin Area

default
Posted on Wed, 17 Feb 2016
Question: I've had a pain in my right groin area for about 3 years now and it seems to be the reason why I can't stay erect during intercourse. I would like to know if there is something I can do for this pain or situation? Getting erect isn't a problem but maintain an erection has been. I've heard a lot about pelvic/pelvis pain being a cause of ED but not sure if groan pain is a cause as well. Your response and help with this matter is greatly appreciated.

Brief Answer:
Groin pain causing ED

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I agree with you that the groin pain is causing your ED. It is possible just the pain alone would cause the ED. It is also possible that the groin pain is related to an internal hernia or internal muscle problem. If you have already been checked for a hernia ans found to be negative then it is the muscles in your groin. I would recommend see a good massage therapist or physical therapist who can help you stretch the muscles. Once you get those muscles stretched and your pain resolves then your ED should improve.
