Question:      what do I eat if I have a gfr reading of 50 and a creatinine of 1.11 to make my kidneys better?

To lower this readings (if not caused by chronic kidneys disease) you should increase fluids intake. You simply have to force your kidneys to filtrate more of the blood.
If its about diet, try to lower proteins intake and avoid sodium rich products. Some medicines can also affect kidneys (including some painkillers), therefore you should check if any of yours medicines (if any) should not be limited.
