Brief Answer:
Possible Phimosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

As per your symptoms you possibly seem to have phimosis.
This is inability to retract the foreskin.

The possibility of Peyronie's disease is also high. This can lead to huge downward bend as well.

The two conditions can sometimes coexist.

But phimosis alone can lead to such conditions.

For distinction of the two,I advise you to visit a Urologist in person and get a physical examination .

Simultaneously Penile Doppler study will also help.

But this investigation has to be ordered by the Urologist only.

The definitive management is both cases is surgical correction only.

Hence I advise you to visit your doctor at the earliest.

Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
