Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Penetration During Intercourse

Posted on Wed, 14 Oct 2015
Question:
Me and my gf attempted sex. She is a virgin. Previous attempts have failed because of not enough lubrication. Even one finger penetration gets difficult due to drying up. So we used loads of butter but she still got pain and after numerous attempts we couldn't do it fully. Now she is experiencing droplets of blood sometimes. Frequent urination, stinging pain till stomach and little wetness which is transparent and odourless but is more than previously and is random too. Its been 9 days now. She is 27 years old.

Brief Answer:
Most likely due to urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about her health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Her symptoms are most likely due to urinary tract infection and vaginal infection.
For urinary tract infection she should get her urine culture and sensitivity test done to rule out the causative organism and took treatment accordingly.
For vaginal infection she should go for high vaginal swab culture and sensitivity.
She should maintain her vaginal hygiene, keep the area dry and clean, consume healthy and balanced diet, wear loose fitting cotton undergarments, avoid unprotected sex and use ky jelly for lubrication after doctor consultation.
Occasional bleeding can be due to rough and dry sex and due to abrasion healed with time.
She should drink a lot of water.
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.

Since she didn't want to see a doctor in person I had to contact a doctor online. What medicines can you prescribe ?

Yes her water intake is very less. It is likely less than a glass of water per day excluding tea etc. Can that be the cause for excessive dryness of vagina ?

Brief Answer:
Yes,it can be due to decrease intake of water.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for a very long delay in my response.
Yes,dryness can be due to deficiency of water or it can be due to infection also.
She should take antibiotics according to her urine culture and sensitivity report because these are the prescription drugs and can only be prescribed by a doctor.
