A stool test may be done to confirm it.

Take probiotics and BRAT diet (Banana Rice Apple sauce Toast).
Drink enough fluids to remain well hydrated.

Tiredness is due to dehydration and electrolyte loss.
Drink oral rehydration solution in sips.
Continue it till the diarrhea stops.

For stomach cramps, take bentyl.
