Brief Answer:
Give thicker foods

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I have read your query and I feel there can be many causes for her symptoms. Thus I need to know more details about her symptoms so that I am better able to help you.
Since when does she have these symptoms?
Does she have other symptoms like pain abdomen, fever, etc?
What have you tried in medicine?
What is her usual diet?
Any other concerns?

Usually precautions like thicker and hygienic food, cleaner drinking water, milk that she digests, pomegranate seeds, etc works.

Waiting for your answer.

Motions have started from yesterday night. today till now she had 4 stools, which are loose and foamy(bubbles) with foul smell. She doesn't have any other symptoms. During weekend she had outside food and I am suspecting that it might be the reason. Her usual diet is south XXXXXXX food. idly/dosa for breakfast and rice with curry for lunch and dinner

Just from yesterday she has this...no fever..no pain..only loose motions with foamy bubbles...she had spoiled coconut water..and ice cream..and some biscuits..and other food day before yesterday...she generally doesn't take all these

No Medicines...we are giving here entrogermina liquid

Brief Answer:
Seems like gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
This seems like gastroenteritis. For now she does not need antibiotics. In my opinion, giving her ORS prepared in clean and boiled drinking water will take care of her symptoms. It is to be given after every motion or as driven by her thirst. Also give her foods that she likes and digests well.

There is not much to worry. But if symptoms persist for more than 4-5 days, please see a doctor.
