Brief Answer:
There seems to be developmental delay.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have noted the details of your child. He seems to have a developmental delay, affecting his speech and other brain functions. CT brain findings are non-specific and shows slight decreased size of brain.

Further evaluation should include an assessment by pediatric neurologist, a neuro-psychologist, and blood tests (such as thyroid and other metabolic disorders).

Speech therapy and occupational therapy may be continued.

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
