DPN (dermatosis papulosa nigricans) is usually characterized by multiple, small, hyperpigmented, asymptomatic papules on the face.

The condition may be cosmetically undesirable to some patients.

The occasional positive family history may suggest a genetic propensity.

The incidence of dermatosis papulosa nigra, as well as the number and size of individual lesions, increases with age.

Lesions usually begin during puberty. They tend to increase steadily in number and size as the individual ages.

No treatment generally is indicated for dermatosis papulosa nigra unless lesions are cosmetically undesirable. They may be safely and completely removed by CO2 Laser under local anesthesia.

The prognosis for patients with dermatosis papulosa nigra is excellent since it is not a premalignant condition nor is it associated with any underlying systemic disease. However, lesions of dermatosis papulosa nigra show no tendency to regress spontaneously, and they gradually may increase in number and size with age.

After removal of existing lesions, new lesions may appear with time.

I can see a few DPN lesions (raised brown lesions) along with few Lentigines (Dark, slightly raised lesions) and common mole (bigger, hairy lesions).

All of these are easily amenable to treatment with CO 2 Laser. If desired for cosmetic reasons, you can go ahead with CO2 Laser. Creams won't help either of these.
