Brief Answer:
Cold water drinking, or coughing

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Your main concern is to prevent getting panick attacks in social situations.
The drugs you are taking are the best choice for whatever problem you have described. But, still you have palpitations. For this, I can suggest you some common ways to control it:

Take a cold shower, splash cold water on your face, or apply a cold towel or icepack to your face for 20-30 seconds, if possible.

Chant the word “Om” or cough or gag.

Hold your breath for few seconds or bear down like you’re having a bowel movement.

Try these manuvres and see if these help.

As far as medication is concerned, I think you can take etizolam (prescription drug) on SOS basis, like taking it half an hour before getting in the situations when you expect to have anxiety.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to discuss further.
Thanks.
