Your current medicines are clozapine and olanzapine(I did not get what is ravirly) which are anti psychotic medicines and used in treatment of psychotic illness like schizophrenia.

Your narration "trafic lights are flashing in order everything is being controled" suggests delusion of control which is also a psychotic symptom.

I can understand that whatever you are feeling is true according to you but believe me it is there due to neurochemical disturbances in your brain not in reality.To diagnose the problem detail history and mental status examination are needed by a psychiatrist.

You can be helped with medicines. Apart from above medicines first generation anti psychotic medicines like haloperidol or trifluoprezine can help a lot in such positive psychotic symptoms.They are routinely prescribed with trihexiphenydyl/benzhexol to prevent extrapyramidal side effects.If you have never tried these medicines you can ask your doctor for the same.

- Since when do you have these problems?

- Since when are you taking these medicines and in which dose?

- Is there any improvement with medicines?

I can understand your feeling of controlled by someone. But in reality it is not possible. It is a part of your psychotic problem.This delusional belief can be treated with medicines as I mentioned above.
We can stop that person with help of medicines.
