Brief Answer:
Please let me know about the hearing test if it is done

Detailed Answer:
Hi

As I remember I have replied to your question about 10 days back.
At that time I requested you to go for hearing test.
I would like to know if the test is done.
I won't get worried if the hearing test is normal, as in that case it is assured that even if speech is delayed there is nothing abnormal.
Delayed speech is very common now a days but one should rule out any hearing abnormality.
Interacting more and more helps in early speech development.
I would request you to get hearing test done if not done earlier and consult a pediatrician to alleviate your anxiety.

Regards

Brief Answer:
I again request you to consult a pediatrician

Detailed Answer:
The only thing of much concern in delayed speech is any hearing problem.
As you are saying that his hearing is normal there is nothing to worry much.
Just give some time and try to interact more.
I would request you to consult a pediatrician for clinical evaluation and proper councelling.

Brief Answer:
Language delay only does not indicate autism

Detailed Answer:
In autism apart from language delay other abnormalities like poor eye contact, abnormal activities, repeated activities, poor interaction, lack of play are also present.
As you have not mentioned any of these, possibility of autism is very less.
I hope consulting a pediatrician will solve your problem.

Best wishes
