Brief Answer:
A systematic approach will help you conceive naturally.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone very carefully through the details provided and have also checked the attached reports. There is an ovraian cyst in the right ovary that could be messing with the hormonal levels giving rise to the menstrual irregularities that you are facing. You need not be worried about the quality of your ova. The quality of ova is different from size of the follicles, the structures that matures to releaase the ova. Proper cycles will lead to follicular maturation and release of ovum. Three are a couple of things to consider in such a situation. Discuss with your gynecologist about a surgical procedure that could take care of the cyst and also stimulate the follicles. The other option is to take ovulation induction medicine like clomiphene (prescription medicine). Discuss with your gyenecologist abotu this option too.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Medicinal treatment options present.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Surgical option is not the only option. Can be handled with medicines. Low dose hormonal therapy (hormonal pills) for a certain period followed by ovulation induction in the form or clomiphene citrate and injections of gonadotrophins should take care of the situation. The planning needs to be carefully done and discuss with your gynecologist.
