Question: I have developed dark spots on my skin, avout 4, wonder if concern. they itch sometimes

appeared suddenly, I have ankylosis spondylitis, they are about the size of a quarter. I'm disabled. no contact with anything strange.

Lichen planus is filling my mind about these lesions. This is common in autoimmune diseases. These can be treated. Other things are Granuloma Annulare, seborrhoeic eczema.
After seeing images I could also think of Freckles/Lentigens than anything else but sudden appearance is not fitting them. These are caused mainly by aging and sun. But you seem not exposed to sun.
I think more careful evaluation is needed before anything can be said. I suggest an examination under Wood's Lamp by a GP / Dermatoscopy to rule out melanoma.
