Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. For such dark patches i advise creams with combination of hydroquinone, tretinoin and corticosteroid flucinolone. It should be applied every night. You should also avoid sun exposure.Sun exposure can darken the patches more.Using a sunscreen also will be helpful.
You can also try natural methods like applying lemon juice, honey, diluted sodium bicarbonate.Lemon juice can be applied by cotton balls after diluted with XXXXXXX water .Applying Honey every night and washing in the morning also help.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

I have tried this but they re-appear. Is there some special cream commercially available which has no side effects you can suggest? Also I read somewhere excessive hydroquinone can darken it even more. Please advise
thanks

it is possbile

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for your follow up query.

Hydroquinone tretinoin and flucinolone should be used with strict avoidance of sunlight of face and with a good sunscreen, then you will get good effects. But if you are exposed to sunlight after using this, it can worsen the condition.

There are so many commercial creams available in market for dark patches. Dr.reddy's stria C40, Vicco turmeric ayurvedic commercial cream, anti blemish cream from himalaya and uriage depiderm cream are some of them. Using face masks also helpful to some extent. Parsely face mask with honey is one which most people use.

Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks

Hi

Thank you for your follow up.

Himalaya Bleminor is an ayurvedic proprietary medicine. They claim that it is free from side effects. But any medicine can cause allergic reaction. If you having any such symptoms like itching redness or rashes after using then you should discontinue. It is used for melasma as well as pigmentation associated with post injury or inflammation. So in your case also can use.
