Question: sir my sister (age 35) is having a problem of crack heel . She has used so many medicine like Urea 10, crack team, and various ayurvedic medicine but it is still very hard heel still. her TSH is 5.96

request to suggest medicines.

I have reviewed the attached photograph.
If I was your her treating doctor I would recommend her to apply a keratolytic cream salicylic acid and steroid combination ointment like halox ES ointment on the affected heals twice daily along with application of moisturising cream like xerina cream or moisturex cream on the entire feet twice daily for 3-4 weeks.
This should help in healing her heals.
