Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Question: both my wife and I had something because of which we are feeling very full and have constipation for 2 days now. I skipped lunch and only had yogurt and water (2-3 bottles) till the evening. my stomach eased off but later I started getting loose motions.
after that I constantly am getting growling and bubbling in my stomach and slight stomach ache when I press it.
what should I have in food? do I have an infection? should I control it by diet? or should I take medicines?

I understand your concern.
It seems you are suffering from Acute Gastroenteritis with Acidity.

I would advise following in such scenario:

1. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
2. To take soft, bland diet.
3. To take anti flatulent and anti acidity syrup like Digene.
4. To take an antibiotic combination containing Norfloxacin and Ornidazole.
5. Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration.
