Brief Answer:
Kidney or ureteric stones needs consideration

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Such back pain which is continuous for a week can be muscular pain or pain due to stones in the renal tract.
The muscular pain usually increases with movement and the pain due to stones is colicky in nature, intermittent and is often radiating to either back, tip of penis or can be associated with burning in urine.
I would recommend you to get an Ultrasound Abdomen done to be sure.
If any stone is found, we would treat it based on it's size and the site.
For relief from pain you may take smooth muscle relaxants like Drotaverine.
In case, the Ultrasound comes out to be normal, we would discuss the treatment for muscular pain.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
