Brief Answer:
Phlyctenular keratoconjunctivitis

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
This is phlyctenular keratoconjunctivitis, and needs steroid drops.Predmet eye dropor pred acetate eye drops or oflacin dx eye drop can be put in 4 to 5 times a day and this redness will reduce in 3 to 4 days and the drops will then have to be tapered, twice a day for about a week.
Any further query in this regard, please do get back to me.
