Brief Answer:
I suggest youto to get further investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
UTI at age of 28years requires extensive workup.
You need to find out the reason why you got UTI.
The most common being Stones in Urinary Tract and Diabetes.
If they are normal you would require to take treatment based on your culture report.
In case you develop UTI again you would require further workup like Ultrasound of scrotum. Urine for PCR Tuberculosis.
Now as far as your query is concerned the fluid that you are describing seems to be pus.
So this becomes important to rule out any collection in kidneys.
Till you get Ultrasound done. Take antibiotic according to culture report other then Amoxycillin now.
If you could attach your culture report I can help you with choosing antibiotic.
Start on it and get an Ultrasound Kidney and Bladder as soon as possible.
If you have any further query please ask Me.
Stay Healthy.
