Brief Answer:
See for vitamin D deficiency and osteoporosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I think we should exclude vitamin D and vitamin B12 deficiency and osteoporosis by vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 test and Bone mineral density ( BMD). Thyroid disease and diabetes should also be excluded. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

So you have no direction to give other than exclusion of vitamin deficiency and talk to primary care doctor? Could you give some more direction?

Brief Answer:
I see most common cause as vitamin D deficiency.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Welcome back
I see most common cause as vitamin Deficiency. other causes can be vitamin B12 deficiency, thyroid disease or diabetis. You are likely to be benefitted by multivitamin, mineral and trace elements supplements. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be used for pain relief.
other possibilities can be some circulation disturbances which are confirmed by Doppler study of vessels of limb.
Everything else already discussed.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
