Brief Answer:
Nasal obstruction.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. These are symptoms of chronic nasal obstruction.

2. Get your nose examined. The most common cause is a Deviated Nasal Septum ( DNS ) or nasal turbinate hypertrophy.

3. An anti-allergic medication (such as cetrizine, levocetirizine or fexofenadine ) with montelukast, a steroid nasal spray ( such as mometasone or fluticasone ), steam inhalation and saline nasal washes should be started.

4. If there is good response to the medication taper off the medication over few months.

5. If these is no response to medication, get a Sinus CT Scan done. A sleep study can also be done.

6. Let me know the progress.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
