Question: I have carpel tunnel in both wrists, the right being the worst, and detached muscle in my right hand which makes it very hard to grip or use my right thumb. Also the left side of my face has fallen, what can I expect as far as if it will continue falling.

For carpal tunnel you may need surgical release if no recovery after medication.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and Tens may give you relief.
regarding falling face this can be due to parkinsonism or cerebral ischaemia.
MRI brain will help you in diagnosis.
Till time you can take analgesic and neurotropic medication like methylcobalamine.
