Brief Answer:
Cetaphil face cleanser only..no soap also.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
I just saw your pics & thought an immediate intervention would be the order of the day.
Please apply a cream called HHFudic (containing a mild steroid & antibiotic)on the areas twice to 3 times for the next 24-48 hrs. This should help calm the skin asap. In addition, please take 2 tabs of Xyzal (levocetrizine) at night for the next 48-72 hrs. This should provide immediate relief.
Avoid photo/sun exposure completely next 48 hrs if possible or wear a broad rimmed hat &/or umbrella.
Am around to answer any further queries & can guide you through the next 48 hrs. Always avoid caustic agents like Dettol on your face & sensitive areas especially in full strength.
Good Luck & Let's get you to a clear complexion soon.

Hi,

Thanks for the information. Can you please tell me how much time will it take to completely heal the area as I am in the aviation industry and wont be able to continue with my flight schedule like this. And will it leave any marks afterwards as its on my face and seems very frightening for my looks.

Brief Answer:
Tinted Sunscreen, Cicabio cream, Relax!

Detailed Answer:
Hello Again.
You seem awfully polite for someone in the aviation industry. I take it you don't fly kingfisher ;-)
On a serious note, use this cream 2-3 times daily for 2-3 days. Then stop..do NOT continue. This will help decrease the redness & inflammation.
Next step is to promote the wound healing & hopefully not leave any marks.
Might I suggest in these 2-3 days, you try to source out a cream called 'Cicabio' from a company called 'Bioderma'. This company is now in XXXXXXX in the major cities but as the cream is a niche' product, may be difficult to acquire. it is a French company & readily available in Europe & the Gulf. I did a decade in Abu-Dhabi & for sure the UAE has it. Since you are in the aviation industry might be a cinch for you to procure it. The whole process may take a week or 10 days for starters. Good Luck.
The last aspect is the residual pigmentation (if any) & it is too early to predict or say which cream to use at this juncture. Also at that stage perhaps best to visit a dermatologist or cosmetologist...but beware don't go for peels so early in the day as you may land up back at square one!
If in the XXXXXXX region (& quite possible if you cover this sector), you are most welcome to call on me @ XXXXXXX Hospital off XXXXXXX Road in Bangalore's CBD daily tween 12-4. Don't be frightened..it is a process that will take its time.
While waiting, remember after 2-3 days when healing, do use a sunscreen liberally & a good option is to get a 'tinted' one that will help cover the area at the same time & mask any pigmentation or evolving lesions.
This is the most detailed advice I can render online. Do hope some or most is useful & your skin heals well...from what I see, there seems nothing to be frightened about & you will get your natural good looks back soon. Cheers!
