What Does My Liver Function Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hi,Iam taking supplements like Biovital daily for energy and vitality.
In order to improve liver function and improve digestion can i take milk thistle (Silymarin Milk Thistle) supplement
Kindly advise.

My LFT reports taken in April attached.

Your liver function is absolutely fine except for the insignificantly raised bilirubin.
There is no need to take milk thistle. There is also no harm taking that.

My schoolmate friend who is a orthopedic surgeon has given his inputs on taking milk thistle supplement or Liv 52 capsules.

Hence wanted to take an expert opinion before taking any of these sir.

Also taking these ayurvedic supplements along with my regular medications like Betacap and xyzal will it cause any side effects.

Kindly advise.

As I said earlier, you do not need those supplements.
Also there is no interaction with the other medications and hence you can safely take them.
