Suggest Treatment For Bump On Forehead After An Injury

Question: I was taking something out of my dresser drawer and I got up and hit my forehead on the wood drawer. it was about 11 p.m. so I went to sleep and I got up this morning and I have no bump on my forehead and I am not dizzy and I can see okay and have no nasuea. Do you think it will be okay for me to drive to the gym? My forehead is a little sore where I hit it.
