Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and noted your concern.
There are several signs and symptoms in a person which show that your kidneys are failing
These signs and symptoms are swelling of feet or around eyes in morning, fatigue, tiredness, changes in urine patterns like getting up frequently in night, foamy urine, metallic taste in mouth, skin rash, shortness of breath.
Signs and symptoms of kidney trouble can then be corroborated by getting tests like kidney function tests which include estimation of creatine, urea, serum electrolytes etc.
Since you don't show any of above mentioned symptoms, your doctor is not suspecting any kidney trouble, however you can get the kidney function tests done to know the real truth and get peace of mind.
As far as your blood pressure is concerned it is still high but can be easily controlled by increasing the dose of antihypertensive medicines you are taking.
You can discuss with your doctor regarding this.
In my opinion there is nothing to worry.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
