Suggest Treatment For Brittle Nails

Question: I have bad ridges on all my finger nails ,on both my hands.The nails are dry {I have good nail shape,other woman admire my nails,only because,I keep them varnished]. Unvarnished they look awful.
\Is there any thing I can do ?

Before commenting on whether anything can be done I would really need to get a glimpse of how bad your nails really are. Could you please upload an image of your nails (preferrably in the unvarnished form). You can do so using the facility on the upper right of this page.
Brittle nails may be caused due to iron deficiency. If that is the case, iron supplementation should help.
