Brief Answer:
Get done chest x ray and HRCT thorax.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Restrictive lung defect on spirometry is commonly seen in
1. Poor technique and effort of spirometry.
2. Smoker
3. Lung fibrosis
4. Bronchitis (mixed pattern seen).
So we should rule out all these causes first.
So please let me know
1. Are you smoker?
2. Have you ever undergone chest x ray or HRCT (high resolution CT) thorax?
3. What are your other symptoms? Like do you have cough, expectoration?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Are you having stressful life?

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
Your chest x ray is normal. So no need to worry for lung fibrosis as a cause for your Restrictive lung disease.
Improper techniques of PFT while performing can also cause false positive result.
And your spirometry is not suggestive of proper technique. So possibility of Improper technique as a cause for your restriction is more.
Please let me know
1. Are you having stressful life?
2. Do you have actual breathlessness or difficulty in taking deep breath?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
